Terms and Conditions

Please note that by making an appointment with Kate Weldon Holistic Therapies you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and agree to attend the appointment you have booked.

After making an appointment with me you will be sent ways in which you can pay for the treatment(s). 50% of the cost of the treatment will be required at the time of booking and any payments not made within this time will result in your appointment being cancelled. The remainder of the payment will be paid on the day of the treatment (usually straight after the treatment(s)). 

You will need to complete a consultation form with your personal information and medical history. and this will be sent to you at the time of booking. 

You will receive a confirmation message with important information at time of booking and also a reminder 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellation Policy:24 hours. Please cancel as soon as possible if a foreseeable event is likely to prevent you from attending, for example, illness or adverse weather conditions. You can rearrange your appointment through  email, text, What's App or speak to me directly.

I require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to attend an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee which is half of the treatment charge. This is necessary as I may not be able to fill your appointment slot and still need to cover my costs.

Late Arrivals: It is important that the agreed appointment time and duration is adhered to. I totally understand that sometimes things happen and you may arrive late or need to leave earlier than planned. This is absolutely fine, but I cannot always make up the missed time by overrunning or adding time to the appointment. I also cannot add the time on to any subsequent appointments.  If I have the time to extend an appointment I will, however this might not always be possible.

Gift Cards: Gift cards can be purchased for yourself or to friends or family. They can be for a specified amount or for a specific treatment. The gift card will need to be used within 12 months of the purchase day.
